Beautiful private executive 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Louisville: the Clifton/Crescent Hill area.

We cater to traveling professionals, cross-country relocations, clients in between housing purchases/builds, insurance-related accommodations and digital nomads traveling the world. Stay at one of our cozy properties mindfully designed with all the comforts of home!

With a neighborhood walking score of 76, our cozy townhouse sits just east of downtown and the NuLu district, centrally located to the majority of hospitals in the area. Close to major highways I-64, I-264, I-65, I-71, and less than 15 minutes to Louisville International Airport.

Clifton Crossing sits within a preservation district among other historic dwellings and interesting architectural structures, giving the neighborhood a magical character. We are in the middle of both the Frankfort Avenue and Brownsboro Road corridors, very convenient to getting around town on foot, two wheels, or four wheels.

Tucked back off the street, you will enjoy sitting on the deck while you drink your coffee and relax before starting your day, or enjoy the sunset to wind down the evening. You will have dedicated off-street parking in front of your unit. The connected townhouse is also owned by us so we have complete visibility and control of the entire property.

Security features include: video doorbells at the main door of each property, dusk to dawn outdoor lighting, and digital keypad entry.

As you leave your work behind and step foot in the beautiful, peaceful two bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom townhouse, you'll feel right at home with all of the comforts you need during your stay.

The entrance transitions seamlessly from the living area to the fully-stocked kitchen and the open air deck, with views of the quiet wooded area behind our property.

We've thought of everything you'd need in the kitchen during your stay, including stainless steel appliances, Crock Pot, Keurig, toaster, pots, pans, utensils and knives/silverware, dishes, Pyrex, and food storage. Our stove even has a built-in air fryer!

The amenities of each bedroom have been carefully designed for rest and relaxation. Comfy king-sized mattresses, pillows, and soft linens will help support a good nights' sleep after a long day on your feet. Blackout curtains and lamps with built-in USB ports are just a few added touches to each bedroom. Each bedroom has a private bathroom which is perfect for traveling companions who desire their own space.

Explore your neighborhood on foot! Dining, shopping, recreation...it's all right here! Take the advice of the new2lou website which describes the area best: "Anything you're looking for in a home can likely be found in Clifton/Crescent Hill. The jewel in this neighborhood's crown is the Frankfort Avenue corridor, a pleasantly walkable strip bursting with local curiosity shops featuring fair-trade wares, restaurants, and nightlife. From upscale salons and boutiques to hipster-friendly locally owned coffee shops, the stretch truly has something for everyone. However, even with such activity, residential streets are often pin-drop quiet and peaceful, with low crime, outgoing neighbors and playgrounds and parks scattered throughout the area. Grocery and retail options are plentiful in the area, giving the neighborhood a massive advantage over those closer to the downtown area."
